A New Modern Variation in K9 Fitness Training

Taping Trains Specific Areas/Muscles in a More Targeted Way

With athletes you see it super often by now...colorful tapes, which are supposed to improve the movement patterns. I get the input from humans and transfer it to the dog. Our dogs are athletes, too so i treat them that way too. Through my certified education at rock tape I can treat both people and dogs and this improve the performance of both considerably! Curious? Let's Woof!

It's Just Tape!

But used correctly it can support the training with the dog and the athleticism of the dog. We use it in training and of course also for the active recovery of the dog.

Stylish pattern and sensitive! Proprioception taping for jump training.

Proprioception refers to the perception of your body and also with dogs it is important that the dog perceives the joint position, muscle tension, direction of movement and the position of the body in space. These processes run automatically in the background off. Through proprioception training we can develop faster reaction mechanism and the dog gets a better body perception. Especially in jump training a decisive factor.

Rock Tape FMT Performance

Rock Tape IASTM Performance

Kara has been working as a professional dog trainer for over 10 years and owns a large dog school in Cologne, Germany. She also completed the C.C.F.T. at the University of Tennessee and the entire certification at Rock Tape.

Sports play a big role in her life and together with her dogs she runs triathlon/iron dog and plays dog frisbee on an international level.

Combining dog training with athletic training is the perfect combination for Kara. The transfer of athletic training from humans to dogs fascinated her from the beginning and Kara regularly educates herself in the human field as well.

The combination of sports, intelligently supported by fitness and targeted fascia treatment results in the best symbiosis for Kara and her dogs to form a good team together from the beginning to old age.
