Strong Before Breeding

Strong Through Pregnancy

Strong After Whelping

Are you a breeder who wants to give your girls the best possible foundation for a healthy pregnancy, whelping, and recovery?

Dogs Are Made to Move — Even During Pregnancy!

Pregnancy doesn't mean your dog needs to stop moving! In fact, maintaining appropriate physical activity throughout pregnancy can help support muscle strength, mobility, balance, and overall well-being as her body changes.

Think about it — pregnancy, whelping, and nursing place significant physical demands on a dog's body. Maintaining strength and conditioning before breeding and adapting exercise throughout pregnancy can help prepare her for those demands.

Why Take This Workshop?

➤ Build Strength for Pregnancy & Whelping: Learn how to improve your breeding dog's strength, fitness, and endurance to better handle the physical demands of pregnancy, whelping, and nursing while minimizing muscle loss.

➤ Maintain Fitness Throughout Pregnancy: Discover safe, effective exercises to help your dog maintain muscle strength, mobility, balance, and overall conditioning as her body changes.

➤ Support a Faster Return to Activity: Learn how a structured fitness program before, during, and after pregnancy can help your dog rebuild strength and return to normal activities or performance sports safely and efficiently.

➤ Condition the Stud Dog, Too! Understand why strength, flexibility, and overall fitness are just as important for maintaining the physical health and breeding readiness of your stud dog.

Who Should Participate?

This webinar is designed for anyone who wants to better understand how strength, conditioning, and appropriate exercise can support breeding dogs before, during, and after pregnancy.

➤ Breeders: Whether you're planning your first litter or have years of breeding experience, learn how to prepare your breeding dogs physically for pregnancy, whelping, and nursing while supporting muscle strength, mobility, and postpartum recovery.

➤ Canine Fitness Coaches: Expand your knowledge and learn how to design and modify fitness programs for breeding dogs. Whether you currently work with breeding dogs or want to add this specialty to your services, this workshop will help you better understand their changing physical needs.

➤ Dog Sport Competitors & Performance Dog Owners: Learn how to maintain appropriate conditioning throughout the breeding process and develop a plan to safely return your dog to training, competition, and normal activity after whelping.

➤ Veterinary & Canine Rehabilitation Professionals: Gain insight into fitness considerations for breeding dogs, including maintaining muscle condition, adapting exercise as pregnancy progresses, and supporting a gradual return to activity after delivery.

➤ Canine Fitness Enthusiasts: If you're passionate about canine movement, strength, injury prevention, and overall physical well-being, this workshop will expand your understanding of how fitness needs change throughout the reproductive cycle.
