Enrolling and Registering

🆀 When do you enroll classes? And when does class begin?

🅰 We enroll classes the 1st through the 15th of every other month:
January | March | May | July | September | November
Classes begin as soon as you enroll (unless otherwise noted in each class description sales page).

🆀 How many weeks long is a class? What time of day? 

🅰 Classes are not at any specific time of day. You can log in to get the latest information when you are able. The number of lessons or weeks per class may vary and is specifically mentioned in each class description sales page. 

🆀 When do I register?

🅰 During the enrollment period of the 1st through the 15th of every other month:

🆀 Why does it say that "This course is not open for enrollment"? When can I register? 

🅰 Classes are only available to enroll during our enrollment periods. Please check the Course Schedule to see what classes will be enrolling soon. Not all classes are offered during every enrollment period.
You can register during the enrollment period of the 1st through the 15th of the enrolling month. You cannot register outside this period. 

🆀 How do I access the courses?

🅰 Once you’ve purchased a course, you’ll need to log in to your school account in order to access your course.

► When you enroll in a course, you’ll receive an email confirmation that contains a link to the course. You can use this link to open your course, or you can type the school or course page URL into the address bar of your web browser.

► You can also log in to your course via the Campus homepage. Click Login in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.

Once you’ve logged in, click on the My Courses tab. All of the courses that you are enrolled in will appear in this tab.

🆀 Do you sell other classes outside the normal enrollment periods?

🅰 On occasion, but the best way to stay up to date is to sign up on the site so that you get the newsletters and watch our Campus Facebook page.

🆀 I forgot my password. What do I do?

🅰 To reset your password via the school homepage, navigate to the school’s URL www.bobbielyonscaninecampus.com and click Login in the upper right-hand corner.

► In the login window that appears, click the Forgot Password? link beneath the Login button. Then, enter the email address associated with your account and click Send me instructions.

► You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password in a few minutes. If you can't find the password reset email, check your inbox's spam or junk folder. Also, be sure to add [email protected] to your email's whitelist, to avoid further issues with email delivery. Once you receive the email, click Change my Password.

► Then, you’ll be redirected to the password reset page. Enter your new password and finalize by clicking the Reset Password button.

I forgot my email address associated with my account. What do I do?

🆀 What is your refund policy for current classes?

🅰 There are no refunds on classes.

🆀 How can I contact BLCC?

🅰 If you have questions that are not answered here, please send a note to [email protected] with a detailed question, and your inquiry will be forwarded to the appropriate person.

Picking a Class

🆀 I'm not sure if the class I am considering is the right one. What should I do? 

🅰 Email [email protected] to get assistance in picking the right class for you and your dog.  We will either answer your question or forward your questions to the instructor(s) of the classes you are interested in. We are here to help and want you to choose the best class that will suit your needs.

🆀 What if I am unhappy with a class?

🅰 We make every effort to offer valuable information at an affordable rate. We suggest you read the class description carefully before making your purchase to determine if the class is right for you. Because there are many levels of trainers, there will be material that is review for some and new to others. For those that are review, it will give you an opportunity to look at what you have trained and refine the behaviors as needed. 🆀 Can instructors diagnose or treat injury?

🅰 No - instructors and assistant instructors cannot diagnose or treat injury. They can design fitness plans for healthy dogs or dogs that have a written release from veterinary care and/or veterinary rehabilitation care.
