Learn the Key to Training the Proper Movement, Form, and Posture Needed for the Foundations of K9 Fitness

This self guided class is all about training the foundation skills need for canine fitness. Skills will be taught on the flat without any balance equipment and this is more of a training class.

It's about showing the proper training techniques for the foundation exercises and getting proper posture while engaging the correct muscles and muscle activation so that your dog understands what you are asking before putting dogs on balance equipment.
This is a great class for PUPPIES!

If you are new to K9 fitness, overwhelmed by all the information out there, or wondering where to even start.

A solid foundation will get you on your way!

Are you still getting front foot movement in down/stands and sit/stands?

Is side stepping still a mystery to you?

Are you struggling with getting your dog to shift weight to their rear while pivoting or backing up?

If you have aspirations to do more advanced exercises with your dog, well you can! Every advanced exercise is an extension of a foundation piece. Train a SOLID foundation and you will have what it takes to take your K9 fitness to the next level.

"Ursa had surgery on both elbows and a shoulder when she was a pup. She recovered well; loves swimming in the summer and running in the hunting fields in the winter. As a four year old, we wanted to keep her mind engaged while also help to avoid phyiscal problems in the future. We bought some FitPAWS equipment and looked for a class. Given COVID, there was nothing local; searched online and found Bobbie Lyons Canine Fitness & Performance Training's online courses.

The training is excellent. We learned a lot Ursa loved doing the exercises, but I also loved the Loom video feedback the instructor provided. It is way better than written feedback and in-person classes.

In an in person class, I can't see exactly what I'm doing. When the instructor is providing feedback, my dog might be acting squirrelly such that I only listen to part of what I hear.

With Loom, Danielle can pause the video, highlight dog posture feedback with her mouse, or point to where my body should be for better results. When I am watching it, I'm focused on the feedback. I can't say enough positive things about this feedback approach."
